Location is great. The street it self has some good food, lively pubs and good massages. It’s not overly popular like soi 6 or walking street so you can still sleep at night which is great.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. The open marble landings on each floor made the place look very classy on the inside. The room was clean and the air conditioning in good order. I didn’t stay for long but I would use this hotel again.

The ceiling recessed lights & a few wall outlets not working. An electric kettle will be nice. Has alot of old world charm . Location & next door amenities are Awesome !!! $ 20 USD a night & the well mannered, perfect English manager was the Best to ask our needs every morning & extended our stay 3 days !

I liked everything about Max Residence. The Room Was Cleaned every Day. Very good location. Very friendly Staff. I Would recommend Max Residence To everyone Who's looking for good location.

This hotel is in a great location, close to beach, walking street, the staff are excellent and provide a great service, I will definitely come back here again

Room was clean and big enough A/c working perfect.staff very good.very quiet at night in middle of action.location is perfect 10 steps left you are on 2nd road 30 step right from hotel and you are on pattaya beach also near to walking street every thing is on walking distance.thanks to MAX hotel

Very close to the beach. Excellent diners are around. Pattaya Central is very close, the beach market is close as well. A couple of kilometers away from the Walking Street. An ideal place for nightlife seekers, besides the ambience renders a vintage feeling.

Its very clean accomodation,near beach road,after 21 00 there is no reception so you can bring company in privacy.
